I find myself most days cooking a lot. Once at my grandma’s house for her and then again at home for me and my man. Since it was cold here yesterday I made a simple cheddar cheese broccoli soup and finished the meal with this great quick bread.

All the dry ingredients + cheese
I found a similar recipe on Pinterest, but decided to tweak it in a few areas to better suit what I thought would be tastier:
- 3 C flour
- 1 1/2 C Cheddar Cheese
- 4 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Pasta Salad Seasoning
- 1/4 C Sugar
- 1 1/2 C Milk
- 1/4 C Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg
Mix. Bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes.
Turned out great! Pretty dense, but perfect with soup. My grandma even wanted it again for breakfast with eggs and butter! Winner.
